Definitions and Introduction

Membership Eligibility and Account

Specific eligibility requirements must be met to become a member of jet pass. An account held by an ineligible person may be cancelled at any time.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to join this platform and participate in any casino or betting activity. jet pass may request any proof to verify the age provided at registration. Accounts held by underage persons will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be voided.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. Please notify jet pass immediately if any of your details change.

2.4 Password Security

3.3 Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. Each bonus has its own wagering rate, which is stated in the bonus terms. For example, the welcome bonus requires the bonus amount to be wagered 15 times.

jet pass offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming the offer.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000; wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
• Weekly Recharge Festival: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18 times; active members may claim once per week.
• jet pass Slot Special Reward: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times; applicable on slot game deposits once per week.
• Cricket Season Charge Up: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 15 times; may be claimed once on live cricket event days.
• Birthday Gift: Up to ৳2,000, wagering 10 times; automatically credited to the account in the member's birthday month.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive a bonus, as per the specific offer's terms.
• A bonus is not direct cash — it is credit usable for playing games.
• jet pass reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If unusual betting patterns or misuse of bonuses are detected, the account may be reviewed or the bonus cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account cancellation.

VIP Membership and Cashback

jet pass's VIP program has four tiers. Cashback is paid at a set rate on the weekly net loss at each tier.

5.1 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for that week to arrive at the net loss, then applying the set rate. Example: a Gold tier member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

5.2 Tier Changes

Members may be promoted to a higher tier based on activity and participation. jet pass reserves the right to set and change VIP tier criteria.

User Code of Conduct

All jet pass members must follow the code of conduct below. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities is prohibited.
• Betting using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to access another member's account is prohibited.
• Attempting to verify identity using false identities or documents is prohibited.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully towards other members or staff is prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is uncertain due to a technical error, jet pass reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

• jet pass is not responsible if a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet disconnection or technical error.
• jet pass does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Liability for errors in game software lies directly with the game provider.

10.2 Dispute Resolution
